“No Steps Backward” was the powerful motto embraced by seven courageous young men who formed the very first graduating class of the A&M College for the Colored Race, the institution we now proudly celebrate as North Carolina A & T State University. With unwavering determination, these trailblazers overcame challenges of their era and paved the way for a legacy of excellence, achievement, and leadership that continues to inspire Aggies across generations. Their vision planted the seeds for a thriving alumni network that now spans across the nation, united by a shared commitment to progress and service.

At the heart of this legacy is the spirit of “Aggies Do.” It is more than a phrase; it is a promise of action, resilience, and impact. We, the DFW Aggies Executive Board, carry this passion forward as stewards of that proud tradition. Through mentorship, scholarships, community outreach, and events that celebrate our culture and history, we strive to uplift the Dallas Fort Worth community and beyond.
